About the speaker: PIAO Ying-ai, Ph.D. in Business Administration at Pukyong National University, Korea, Professor of Northeast Asian Studies College of Jilin University, doctoral supervisor, member of Green Fund Committee of Jilin Province. Her main research areas are ROK economy, DPRK economy, North-south economic cooperation, and regional economic cooperation in resources, environment, and ocean in Northeast Asia. She has presided over and completed key research base projects of the Ministry of Education, National Social Science Fund projects, and many horizontal projects, published more than 50 papers in Northeast Asia Forum, Social Science Front, Study and Exploration, and other domestic and international journals. She has submitted many research reports to the central and local governments, which were adopted.
